Water safety evaluations are required for all new swimmers and for all 2024 learn to swim participants. Coaches will be conducting water safety evaluations at the Jackson pool on the dates listed below: Monday, March 24th @ 6:15pm Recommended for swimmers with last name starting with the letters A-L Tuesday, March 25th @ 6:15pm Recommended for swimmers with last name starting with the letters M-Z Monday, March 31st @ 6:15pm Make up session for swimmers that cannot complete their evaluations on 3/24 or 3/25
We have been working with the City of Jackson and our coaches to develop the practice schedule for the 2025 season. While not all details have been finalized, we can share the following information. Practice Group Assignments - Each swimmer will be assigned to a practice group prior to the first week of practice. Practice lengths range from 30 minutes to 60+ minutes depending on the practice group. Most swimmers will practice Monday through Friday. Some swimmers will also have a Friday practice. Got questions about the upcoming season? We've got answers! Board members and coaches will be available to answer questions on Monday, February 24th from 6:00-7:30pm. We will be in the Scout Hut, located adjacent to the Jackson Pool. It will be an open-house style meeting, so drop in at whatever time works best for your family. We plan to hold another information meeting in March (date/time TBD). Both meetings are optional and intended to be helpful tool for new and returning families.
